Show you care with a charm!

Christine Damm over at Stories They Tell is working on a something special.  Her sister-in-law, Vila, was unfortunately diagnosed with leukemia.   How do you show someone you care when they are miles away?  Christine has a wonderful idea, she’s working on a charm bracelet to send to Vila who is currently undergoing chemotherapy.  If you’re stopping by my blog today, you can help Christine with this special gift – we can all help!

If you’d like to add a handmade charm to the bracelet for Vila, please stop by Christine’s blog and read all of the details.  Here’s a picture of my charm.  I was especially proud of the little  “V” heart because it was my very first riveting project.

To express gratitude to those that participate, Christine is giving away THREE special handmade items.  See a couple of the gorgeous pieces below.  I hope you’ll join me in sending a hug all the way to Washington state, to Vila.

Isn’t this the most amazing idea? I love that we are each going to send a positive message to someone that we will never likely meet. How cool is that?
And that is your FIRST riveting project? Man, you are a force to be reckoned with…but I mean that in a GOOD way! I wish all my rivets were so great!
Wishing you the best sort of day!
    Enjoy the day!
